Hi! I'm Jason Mukasa. I help early-stage startups figure out what to build and how to execute.
I help early-stage companies move from ambiguous ideas to executable plans. This means: defining product strategy, validating market assumptions, building operational systems, and creating roadmaps that founders can actually execute.
Originally from Uganda, I'm now based in Nairobi, working with startups across East Africa. My work spans venture capital analysis, strategic consulting, and program coordination across multiple African countries and Europe.
Over the past few years, I've worked with startups, government entities, and impact organisations across healthtech, fintech, climate tech, patient education, and urban innovation. My experience includes venture capital analysis with DreamVC, strategic consulting with 6+ startups across Kenya and Uganda. I'm PMP-certified.
I work with founders on the hard questions: What should we build? Will it work? How do we execute?
