Hi! I'm Jason Mukasa, a design strategist and venture analyst with experience in human-centred design, strategic consulting, and investment analysis across Africa and Europe.
Originally from Uganda, I moved to Barcelona to pursue a Master's in Design and Innovation at IED Barcelona. I aimed to broaden my opportunities and deepen my understanding of how design can be used for strategic decision-making and venture building.
Over the past few years, I have worked with startups, government entities, and impact organisations to tackle complex challenges. My experience includes venture capital analysis, strategic consulting, and program design across sectors like healthtech, fintech, climatetech, patient education, and urban innovation.
I work with early-stage startups to figure out what to build and whether it'll actually work. This means understanding user needs, testing market realities, and helping founders develop business models they can execute.
