Our goal was to redefine Hey’s future approach to enable them to create an impactful strategy that aligns their vision with their clients’ needs.
Outcome
Through our research and collaborative efforts, we successfully identified key opportunity areas, laying the groundwork for a dynamic future plan. Subsequently, we conducted extensive workshops to co-create a strategic roadmap for Hey's future.

Client: Hey Studio is one of the most influential Barcelona-based studios that specializes in developing creative strategies and visual languages.

This project was initiated as Hey Studio sought to redefine its market positioning and better align its services with evolving client expectations and industry trends. As a well-established creative agency in Barcelona, Hey Studio needed to ensure its offerings stayed relevant in a highly competitive market while maintaining its reputation as a leading innovator in visual communication and design.
